Maklon Briket / A checklist for choosing a briquette maker

A checklist for choosing a briquette maker

Use this list to compare any maker, Kora included. A clear answer you can verify is worth more than a promise.

Ten questions

  • Can I see samples before signing anything?
  • Are quality numbers (ash, moisture, calorific value) given with the test method and the basis of measurement?
  • Who runs the tests, and can I see the report?
  • Do the figures on the brochure, the website and the quotation match?
  • What is the MOQ for my shape and pack, and where does it come from?
  • Who owns the tooling and the pack artwork?
  • Which documents come with the shipment?
  • How long from sample approval to dispatch, and what changes it?
  • How are complaints handled if production differs from the sample?
  • Can I visit or audit the plant?

Warning signs

  • Quality figures without a test method or a date.
  • Certificates shown without a number.
  • Different numbers on two pages of the same site.
