Maklon Briket / Choosing shape and packaging

Choosing shape and packaging

Shape decides how the briquette is used and how it sells. Start from how your customers use it, then from looks.

Shapes listed on Kora's product page

Each shape has its own size and weight. Ask about availability of the shape you want; custom moulds from your drawing are discussed for long-term contracts.

  • Cube (25 mm and 26 mm)
  • Stick
  • Hexagonal and hexagonal with hole
  • Octagonal
  • Finger
  • Pillow
  • Ball
  • Dome

How to choose

  • Check sample dimensions and shape against the intended grill and loading method.
  • Test sample ignition and burn time; shape alone is not evidence of performance.
  • Check your customer's habits: grill size, how they load it, and the ash they will accept.

Packaging

Kora's product page lists 1 kg inner packs and 10 kg master cartons. Artwork, material and print on your branded pack are settled at the brief stage. Ask which pack sizes and materials we can handle.
